How long does shipping take?

I usually craft, prepare and pack your order within 1–5 business days.

Shipping within Germany takes about 2–4 business days, international orders may take a little longer.

Where do you ship to?

I ship worldwide – whether it’s to the Alps or the other side of the world. 🌍

How much is shipping?

I try my best to keep shipping costs as low as possible and will never charge more than I need to cover my costs.

  • Shipping within Germany: 2,90 €.
  • International Shipping: 3,90 €

Custom duties may apply depending on your country.

Is Tracking available?

Yes, all of my parcels are sent with "Deutsche Post" and provide basis tracking information (except USA and Great Britain for expensive reasons).

Still the basic tracking option doesn't fully track the parcel at every station and can be lückenhaft.

if you wish for full tracking please Opt for "Premium Shipping" at checkout. That will lead to a higher price.

Is the jewelry waterproof?

Yes! Most KOH KAJA pieces are designed for everyday wear — including showering, sleeping and traveling — with a few natural materials that benefit from a little extra care.

Brass can darken

What is the jewelry made of?

I use high-quality stainless steel for all parts that touch the skin closely. Stainless steel comes in silver and gold and ist known to be hypoallergic and never fading.

  • Necklaces / Metal bracelets:
    The chain is assembled from stainless steel components that will never fade or change. For pendants and decorative element other materials like brass, wood or gemstones are used.
  • Earrings:
    Often crafted with brass wire or stainless steel elements (see product description for more information).
    Earrings will always have an hypoallergenic stainless steel option for hooks, if they are originally offered in brass or other materials. Just leave a comment in the personalisation box.
  • Macramé Bracelets:
    I use high-quality, vegan Linhasita macramé thread from Brazil, that is durable, water- and colorproof.

Decorative Elements:
On top of that base materials of course are added decorative elements such as real gemstone or wooden beads, metal beads (brass, stainless stell, 925 silver), and natural treasures from my travels and wanderings. Every piece is handmade by me.

Material testing:
I test all my materials with a long process before I use them in my designs.

Are the metals allergy-friendly?

Yes – All metal components are carefully selected and tested for skin compatibility. I use nickel-free, rust-resistant, and long-lasting materials whenever possible.

Jewelry Care

KOH KAJA pieces are made to be worn — every day, everywhere. 🌿

You can shower, sleep, swim or dance with them – no need to take them off.

  • The macrame cord is strong, colorfast and water-resistant.
  • Stainless steel components won’t tarnish or lose their color – ever.
  • Brass elements may gently darken over time but can be polished to bring back their golden glow.
  • If your piece includes delicate shells or wood, treat them with a little extra care – they’re natural and may break under heavy stress.
  • Shells and wood can be polished with regular natural oil and a soft cloth from time to time. This easy step will bring back their smooth touch and deep colours

Can I send an order as a present?

Absolutely! You can select “This is a gift” at checkout and include a personal message. The packaging is always lovely and ready to gift.

Can I get multiple items individually wrapped?

Sure! Especially when you're ordering gifts, I’ll make sure every piece is lovingly packed separately. Just leave me a note at checkout.

How can I pay?

You can pay easily via credit card, PayPal, or Klarna – other options are available at checkout.

Why is the price different here than on Etsy?

Etsy regularly runs discount campaigns – and I have to play by the marketplace algorithm.

In my own shop, you get fair and honest pricing without artificial discounts, fewer platform fees for me – and often a little extra surprise in your package. 🌿💌

Yes – you have 14 days to return your order if something’s not right. Just send me a quick message.

KOH KAJA jewelry is built to last – but if something happens, get in touch! I’ll gladly repair many things for free or for a small fee.

Can I order jewelry in a different size or with another gemstone?

Absolutely! Just use the personalization field on the product page or drop me a message. I love creating unique pieces just for you.

For selected KOH KAJA designs, you can even take part in the process and shape a piece that reflects all your preferences.

You can choose beads, components, gemstones, macramé cord colour, metal finishes (gold, silver, brass), and even order pieces with personalized initials.

How sustainable is KOH KAJA?

I produce in small batches, or on custom order, use durable materials, and pack with kraft paper, and recyclable plastic free packaging.

Many of my materials come from local markets or nature – gathered with care and respect.
