We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Custom or personalized items are excluded from returns, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The easiest way to receive a different item is to return the original piece. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order.
European Union – 14 day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason.
Returned items must be unused, unworn and in original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll be notified whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
